the client is allowed to repost the commissioned art as long as the artist is properly credited.

the artist is not interested in working for NFTs, generative AI or any cryptocurrency related matter, the artist prohibits using their artwork for such reasons.

the artist maintains the rights of the commissioned art and they are allowed to use their work for portfolio and promotional uses; the artist does not maintain the rights of the characters or ideas of the client or other established intellectual property.
